RESIDENT POLICIES

  • We love seeing well-kept RVs! Please ensure your RV is clean and boasts a manufacturer's rooftop AC unit. No window air conditioners, please. For those with washers and dryers, an additional fee will apply.

  • Keep our community clean by disposing of garbage in the designated dumpsters. Please avoid leaving trash outside on the lot.

  • Help us maintain our beautiful grounds by keeping personal items and vehicles tidy and in working order.

  • Let's keep Deerhaven eco-friendly! Please ensure your water and sewer lines are leak-proof.

  • Safety first! Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

  • Pets are part of the family! Non-aggressive breeds are welcome. Leashes are required when outside, and we kindly ask that you clean up after them promptly. Please note, fines will be incurred for non-compliance.

  • Deerhaven is a haven of peace. Please respect the tranquility by refraining from loud noise or music.

  • We're all about taking it slow. Please adhere to the 5 mph speed limit on the grounds.

  • Sub-letting can be considered, just reach out to us for permission first.

  • While we love entrepreneurial spirit, we kindly ask you to refrain from conducting business on the premises.

  • Friends visiting? We'd love to have them! They are welcome to stay up to 2 weeks at a friendly rate of $15/night, per person.

  • There's nothing like a campfire! Enjoy them responsibly in the common area fire pit.

  • We care about your belongings but cannot be responsible for loss or damage. Please ensure you have suitable insurance coverage.

  • Deerhaven is a family-friendly community. Please respect this by refraining from illegal drug use or public intoxication.

  • For safety and cleanliness, we ask that no undercarriage work is conducted on the premises.

  • Enhancements to your space? How exciting! Please discuss any new structures or additions with us for approval.

  • Remember, rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees apply for late payment, and eviction procedures will begin after the 15th.

  • For any checks returned due to insufficient funds, a $35 fee will apply. All fees and rent are due by the 15th of the month to avoid eviction proceedings.

  • Let's all pitch in to keep our lots tidy. Please ensure your area is clean and maintained. If needed, we can assist for a small fee.

  • A clean home is a happy home. Please keep your RV or mobile home clean and free from dirt, mold, and mildew.

  • Let's preserve the peace! Any disruptive guests may be asked to leave.

  • We're all in this together! Please ensure your guests are aware of and adhere to our park rules.
